A 1-minute release and mobility pair for your whole body and shoulders – made for anyone who feels stiff, stuck, or just needs to physically shake off whatever the last few hours did to them.
Shaking your body for 30 seconds sounds silly until you do it – it loosens joints, releases held tension, and resets your nervous system in a way that deliberate stretching sometimes can't. Then raising your hands overhead channels that looseness into your shoulders and upper back, giving the newly relaxed muscles somewhere useful to go. It's an odd pairing that works better than it looks.
Whole-body shaking has been studied as a tension-release technique and shown to reduce muscle stiffness and perceived stress, while overhead reaching restores shoulder mobility – together, they offer a fast physical and mental reset that takes almost no effort to start.
